Volo 2. Nicu e Klara, dall'Albania a New York grazie ad una green card. Hanno un monolocale nel Bronx, ma lui lavora a Long Island dall'alba alla sera, letteralmente. Sentono entrambi la mancanza di casa e degli amici, e stavano tornando per 3 settimane di vacanze.
Flight no.2. Nicu and Klara, from Albania to New York thanks to a green card. They're leasing a studio apartment in the Bronx, but he works in Long Island from dawn to late evening, literally. Both are missing their home country and friends so much, a 3-week holiday was just ahead of them.

L'ultimo desiderio di Rosie prima di andare via.
Forse non includeva le stelle cadenti, i presunti squali in lontananza e nel buio, e i 5 milioni di trachuri pescati con la rete e alzati a fatica nella barca. Diciamo che sono stati il valore aggiunto a qualcosa che di per sé sarebbe stato fantastico.
Che bello il campeggio (anche senza un'amaca su cui dormire)!

Maybe it didn't included shooting stars, sharks sighted from afar in the darkness and the 5 million jacks caught with a net and barely managed to lift onto the boat. Let's say it all was added value to something that would have been already great on its own.

Che sorpresa ricevere i pensieri di così tanti persone, tutti in una volta sola, pagine diverse che raccontavano di cose diverse eppure in qualche modo legate a tutte le altre, e a pensarci poi ha perfettamente senso visto che gli ultimi 8 anni (Alessio, leggi 24) li abbiamo passati fianco a fianco.
La distanza non è nulla.
