Terzo e ultimo (sigh) giorno.
Tarn Hows, 3 miglia, sotto piogge importanti. Abbiamo fatto l'autostop e siamo arrivati sani e salvi.
Third and last day (sigh).
Tarn Hows, 3 miles, under heavy showers. We couldn't get through either the rains or the miles. We asked for lifts and we made it safe and sound.

Second day in the Lake District.
4 miles round to Top Hill, we walk a road that's too dangerous for us to stay side by side.
There was rain and there was sun, even in the afternoon, in the graveyard of the local church.

In the second and last weekend I spend in UK, Stefania brought me to the Lakes.
Day 1: that's exactly how I imagined the english countryside, with shepherds, sheeps, cows, green valleys, old men with tweed flat cap, ales, tea, tea, tea, wind, showers, cold, sun, wind, showers, showers, sun, clouds, sheeps.
At each curve the landscape we sighted was more spectacular than the previous one.
